so anyone out there who just doesnt know what is going on in their life, make a list of at least 100 things that make you truly happy. you have to hand write it because actually writing it out helps your brain process what it is that you are attaching to that happy feeling. please, just try it…I swear to god it helps at least enough to get you through the day.
